- VAT excluded, right?
- Yes. This is a B2B offering, so all prices listed are exluding VAT. You can enter your VAT in the stripe checkout or request an invoice directly from us.
- What is the catch about the free tier?
- There is a limit of 100 stories per document and the AI usage is limited. You can export, but cannot use your own templates. Your data will NOT be used to train anything (exception: explicit consent).
- What is a token?
- We don't want to make extra money, we just want to be sure that we don't pay more than we get. So, a token at the moment is one query, so one offer with a hundred user stories should take less than 500 tokens, generously applied - even if you use the qa wizard. Remember that you get those tokens per user per month, so you get quite a few. If you really should hit the limits - use your own endpoint, for if you use your own, we won't charge tokens anymore.
- How will my data be used?
- Your data will only be used either if you use the free tier or you did give us explicit permission to use it. Even in the free tier, we keep your data safe and use it only internally to train the AI. Only our Server-Admins can get access to your data, we use the principle of least privilege extensively.
- I've got an open source project.
- Open Source projects can use storywise for free. We will only use the data to train the AI if we get the explicit consent, however, reserve us the right to take a sneak peak into the data to see if its used for its intended purpose.
- My project is not for profit, it is for charity or I am a student.

- Do you offer the software on premises?
- Yes. Please contact us, as the setup will have to be paid, as well as an additional 200€/month maintenance contract as a base fee.
- Can I choose which AI will be used?
- Yes. Simply select the one you want to use from the dropdown, we try to make the current models from OpenAI, Anthropic and some open source models available.
- Can I change the prompting?
- Soon. We will give you the ability to add your own prompt amendments to our prompts, giving the LLM e.g. information about your company.
